Please call the toll-free, automated outage reporting line seven days a week, 24 hours
a day. Please do not report outages via email, as email communication may not receive immediate attention.

To Report Damage (non-life threatening) on Clay Electric's Lines

Please stay on the line to report the damage and location. Personnel are on duty seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Also, stay clear of the damage and warn others.

Payment Extension Request
All requests for payment extensions must be handled by submitting the online form “Request Payment Extension” (must log on to My Account) or contact customer service at (352) 473-4917 or the number at the top of your bill statement. Normal office hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
