Report a Power Outage:
Please call the toll-free, automated outage reporting line: (888) 434-9844, seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

Payment Extension Request:
All requests for payment extensions must be handled by submitting the online form “Request Payment Extension” (must log on to My Account) or contact customer service at (352) 473-4917 or the number at the top of your bill statement. Normal office hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Please note: Your co-op's staff welcomes email from its members and the general public. However, due to an overwhelming volume of email that is generated by sources unrelated to the co-op's business, it has become necessary to avoid publishing the specific email addresses.
