Beginning in April, members who may have forgotten to pay their bill will no longer be receiving a courtesy phone call as a reminder. Due to a new ruling from the FCC, the co-op will no longer make these automated phone calls. In the past, members who were going to be delinquent in paying their bill to the point of facing a late fee would receive an automated phone call letting them know they had one day left to pay the bill and avoid the late fee.
