Vote by mail is now open. The last day to request a ballot is March 19.

Members can now request a vote by mail ballot to participate in this year’s board of trustees election.

Members MUST know their account number, which begins with an asterisk (*) and can be found on the upper left side of their bill statement. Ballots will be mailed to the address on record. Ballots can only be requested by either calling 1-800-239-2385 toll-free during regular business hours, or emailing clayelectric@clayelections.com.

All members who vote and return the ballot by March 25 will be placed in a prize drawing contest to win one of 34 bill credits: a $1,200 bill credit, a $600 bill credit, a $250 credit, a $120 bill credit and 30 bill credits of $25.

Members who vote by mail will not be eligible to win door prizes at the Annual Meeting.
